Shipping Policy

Free UPS Ground Shipping:

We offer free UPS Ground shipping via our domestic (U.S.) checkout for all customers.  Ineligible products include but are not limited to: Mac Pros, Apple Displays, Apple Accessories, Apple Parts.

United States customers (Colorado residents please see "State-Specific Policies" below):

If any shipping method other than Economy is selected, your order is processed and shipped the same business day if placed before 2:30pm Eastern Time. If an Economy shipping method is selected, your order is processed and shipped within three (3) business days. Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00AM to 7:00PM Eastern Time) only.

You will automatically be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. If the tracking number is non-active, please allow one (1) business day for the carrier to update the tracking status. Any delays in transit are the responsibility of the carrier and are not eligible for reimbursement of any shipping fees.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, including those that do not meet our security requirements. Orders over $750.00 paid with PayPal require an adult signature for delivery. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and any failed delivery attempts to these or similar types of addresses will be subject to a $35 intercept fee.

State-Specific Policies


We are legally required to charge a Retail Delivery Fee of $0.27 in accordance with state (of Colorado) law. This fee is non-negotiable and is remitted to the state of Colorado in compliance with requirements set by the Colorado Department of Revenue, Taxation Division.

International customers:

All international orders are processed through a third-party verification system prior to processing. Orders will be shipped within two business days of clearing this process via the selected shipping method. We are not responsible for any delays or other interruptions caused by international customs or other reasons.
